These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Dwellvero website, online store, content, and related services. Dwellvero is owned and operated by Shaanxi Congyu Hengce Qianyun Technology Co., Ltd. In these Terms, “Dwellvero,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operating entity.
By visiting the website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here.
1. Eligibility and Accurate Information
You must be at least the age of majority where you live and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.
2. Product Information and Care
We make reasonable efforts to describe our cushion covers accurately, including available colors, materials, dimensions, patterns, closures, decorative details, package quantities, and care instructions.
We sell cushion covers only. Cushion inserts are not included. Furniture, blankets, and other props shown in styled photographs are not included unless expressly listed in the product description.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. Please review the product description and selected options before ordering.
Follow the care instructions supplied with the product. Washing, drying, bleaching, or ironing contrary to those instructions may damage the fabric or decorative details.
Our cushion covers are decorative home textiles. We do not guarantee a particular décor result, level of comfort, or other subjective outcome. Nothing in this section limits your rights if a product is defective or does not match its description.
3. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions
Prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the order total shown at checkout apply to your order.
Prices and offers may change before an order is accepted. Promotions apply only during their stated availability period and under their stated conditions. They cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges not included at checkout are addressed in our Shipping Policy.
4. Payment and Order Acceptance
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by location, currency, provider, or device.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or inventory error, address problems, shipping restrictions, or unusually large quantities that appear intended for unauthorized resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items and any associated shipping charges that no longer apply to the original payment method.
Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after cancellation approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact service@dwellvero.com within 12 hours of placing an order to request a change or cancellation.
Please include your order number and details of the requested change.
We will make reasonable efforts to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment begins.
If an order has shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies after delivery.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch, subject to destination-specific information displayed at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, peak periods, incomplete addresses, and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.
Shipping charges and eligibility for free standard shipping are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout.
7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days after confirmed delivery.
Please contact us before sending a return so that we can review your request and provide authorization, the correct return address, and shipping instructions.

Our registered business address is not a return facility.
Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Reviews and Customer Content
Reviews, photographs, comments, and other content submitted to us must be truthful, lawful, based on genuine experience, and must not infringe another person’s rights or contain misleading or confidential information.
We may moderate content that violates these requirements.
We do not knowingly publish fabricated reviews or materially alter a customer review’s meaning.
9. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Conduct
The Dwellvero name, website design, text, graphics, photographs, and product presentation are owned by or licensed to us, except where otherwise identified. You may not use them commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
You may not use the website for unlawful or deceptive activity, submit false information, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with website security, impersonate another person, collect personal data without authorization, or abuse our services.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use third parties such as Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, carriers, analytics providers, customer-service providers, and advertising partners, including AppLovin where used.
Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

11. Disclaimers and Applicable Law
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
These Terms are governed by laws applicable to our operating entity, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available where they live.
A court, regulator, or other forum with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms for operational, legal, regulatory, or service reasons. The revised version will be posted with an updated date.
